FS#1496 - I cannot see the portal to Stormwind in Ashran -> Stormshield

Hi,
I cannot see the portal to Stormwind in Ashran → Stormshield. I need to start legion questline and for this, I need to go to Stormwind from Draenor but I cannot go there due to missing portal
