FS#1503 - Drain Schematics

The quest, Drain Schematics ([https://www.wowhead.com/quest=9731/drain-schematics]) in Zangarmarsh, is bugged.

Reaching the quest area does not complete the quest.

This quest is of particular importance, because of the Cenarion Expedition faction. Reaching exalted rewards one with the Cenarion War Hippogryph mount.
