FS#1447 - [garrison] Essence Font in Enchanter's Study building

These 3 links should be linking to the correct object (not sure why it exists under 3 different IDs for Alliance Garrison, might be because of the possibility to level the building up 3 times or some such).

This link doesn't seem to link to the problematic object, but the comments in it definitely do belong to this object, so I included it for more info.
The issue with Essence Font is that it should allow the player to disenchant WoD items without Enchanting profession, and it indeed asks if the item dropped on it should be "destroyed" and if confirmed, it also promptly destroys it, but it doesn't give back any enchanting materials that should result from the process (just like if the item was disenchanted by an enchanter). I've tried 3 items before I decided to not waste any more of them, just to make sure it's not just the same bug where all "lootable objects" (such as quest objects, herbs, mining deposits etc.) can be empty upon opening due to wrong settings for possible loot quantities. Either I was super unlucky and it is the same problem, or this one is different and related to the scripting of the object and its actions.
