The objective of freeing Boog and Minx is doubled (see screenshot), and only one is completed when the wagon driver Painmaster Thundrak (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=39096/painmaster-thundrak) is killed, so the quest overall can't be completed.

Actually, you can ignore this one because I've just returned to the quest giver, and even though the quest was grey/incomplete because of that 1 missing objective, it still could be turned in, so I guess we can consider it just a confusing cosmetic/visual bug…
