Task Description
Herbs and ore nodes should be clickable in combat, the player should be able to start gathering without killing whatever is attacking them. Sure, if they can't CC (root, fear, disorient etc.) the mob(s), the gathering action will be interrupted if the player gets hit, but they should still be able to initiate the action. As things stand now, that's not possible because clicking the node says "You can't do that while in combat". This is extra annoying if one is stuck in combat without anything actually attacking them (yes, that sometimes happens, especially in certain areas).
I only got the Google AI response confirming the way it should work. It's always been that way for pretty much all WoW versions I've ever played, so it'll likely be near impossible to find any official posts talking about it because nobody ever needed to talk about it… All posts I've found only ever complained about not being able to finish gathering because they got interrupted by being hit, and someone else swooped in and took the node before they dealt with the problem. Or about druids having an unfair advantage because they can gather + use a bunch of CCs without getting out of their travel form, which makes gathering in combat even easier, especially in places where one can fly.

Task Description
When the primary battle pet (the one that the player clicked to start the fight) is killed or caught in pet battle, it should "despawn" in the world regardless of whether the player won the overall battle or not (in case of higher-level wild pets resulting in multi-pet enemy teams). After a while, it should respawn with its level, color variant, "quality", and "breed" (stat distribution) randomly selected from available options and ranges for the given zone and pet type. I'm not entirely sure if the pet type should also be randomized from the pool for the given area upon respawn, or not - I haven't seen it randomized on other private servers, so I guess it's ok if the pet's type remains fixed for each spawn point.
This wouldn't be that much of an issue if the level, color variant, quality, and breed got randomized at least upon respawn when it gets killed by the player in the world directly, but my quick test suggests that these attributes are assigned randomly to each spawn point when the server starts up, and then remain fixed until the next server restart. This makes it quite hard to catch the color variant, quality, and breed combinations the player desires.

In some zones, for example Dun Morogh (I'm sure there are more, but I haven't checked every single zone), there are plenty of critters moving around, but none of them are designated as wild battle pets. I flew all over Dun Morogh searching for a wild Snow Cub (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=61689/snow-cub) to catch, but I didn't find any (or any other pets native to Dun Morogh for that matter). I'm certain my battle pet tracking was active because I checked it and could see wild pets in other zones. I'm not sure if battle pets have a distinct DB ID that's different from ordinary critters of the same type, or if they have the same ID and only get assigned a flag when they spawn to mark them as battle pets, so the issue could be either only the non-battle pet versions spawning in some zones, or the battle pet tracking not working correctly in the affected zones.

In case of multi-pet enemy teams, the originally engaged pet is the first to enter battle. The extra pets that join the enemy team are supposed to be of the same level as the original pet. Moreover, their type should be randomly selected from the pool of pets that belong to the zone where the battle is taking place (for example no Infinite Whelplings from Caverns of Time, Tanaris on wild pet teams in Badlands), and their "quality" and "breed" need to be randomly chosen from options available to their type (type == the exact name of the pet like Infinite Whelpling, King Snake, Squirrel etc.).
This is very important for proper functioning of battle pet system because both battle pet XP and player XP from battles is significantly higher when a player wins against multi-pet team rather than a single pet. It is also important because some pets primarily appear as these extra pets that join battles in certain zones, so they can't reliably (or at all) be found and caught directly (for example Unborn Val'kyr and Minfernal, though on private servers at least a few instances of them are usually spawned in fixed locations to avoid this issue).

When the archeology dig site is fully explored - number of Archeology Finds indicated by the "Digsite Progress" segmented bar is dug up and looted - the whole dig site should despawn and a random new one should spawn somewhere else on the same continent (Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Outland, Northrend, Pandaria etc.). This is currently not the case because once the end of progress bar is reached, the dig site remains active and the progress bar simply resets, allowing the player to keep digging in the same area indefinitely. As far as I could tell, the dig sites are only randomly initialized upon server restart and after that the same ones remain up until next restart.

Task Description
Archeology Finds are special objects that spawn while exploring archeology dig sites. Each type of site has objects of corresponding name, for example Fossil dig site will have Fossil Archeology Finds, Troll dig site will have Troll Archeology Finds etc.
I dug up at least 12 Fossil Archeology Finds (at the southeast Burning Steppes dig site) and they were all empty, then I moved to Swamps of Sorrow to the Troll dig site in the south area of Pool of Tears, dug up at least 7 Troll Archeology Finds and only 1 contained fragments, all the others were empty. According to online info, each Archeology Find should contain 5-9 fragments of type matching the type of dig site, plus they can sometimes contain also keystones matching the type of dig site. Fossil archeology doesn't have keystones, but all the other types should have both fragments and keystones, with keystones being somewhat rare part of Find contents (the Finds usually contain just fragments).

I've never heard about this being Blizzlike, and I also couldn't find any sources claiming this is how it should work in Legion or any other expansion for that matter. Taking damage while gathering should interrupt the gather in progress, but it should be possible to start gathering all mining and herbalism nodes while in combat (and finish the gather and successfully loot the node as long as one can avoid taking damage, for example by CCing the enemies).

The provided quest item (https://www.wowhead.com/item=109246/guldans-soul-trap) seems to be casting not on targetted Gul'dan, but on the player instead, not completing the objective. I couldn't try if killing Gul'dan would give credit because he's lvl 100 boss elite with 104M HP and it would take me forever to kill him at lvl 95 when I found the quest, providing he didn't kill me first, since he deals quite a bit of damage. It's in the second WoD zone a player enters, so the quest should definitely be doable at lvl 95, and would be if the quest item worked properly. By the way, I tried killing Razuun that stands next to Gul'dan to see if it would complete the quest, but it didn't.

Then I used the quest item from afar, but also tested while standing close and even right next to the mob (of course this got me into combat with it). I've also tried killing them. Nothing worked. The issue with Essence Font is that it should allow the player to disenchant WoD items without Enchanting profession, and it indeed asks if the item dropped on it should be "destroyed" and if confirmed, it also promptly destroys it, but it doesn't give back any enchanting materials that should result from the process (just like if the item was disenchanted by an enchanter). I've tried 3 items before I decided to not waste any more of them, just to make sure it's not just the same bug where all "lootable objects" (such as quest objects, herbs, mining deposits etc.) can be empty upon opening due to wrong settings for possible loot quantities. Either I was super unlucky and it is the same problem, or this one is different and related to the scripting of the object and its actions.

There should be multiple "kinds" of Garrosh'ar Grunt mobs in the database, so I suspect the issue is in mob ID and broken phasing of the whole area because the grunts available did count towards quest Unleash Hell (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31732/unleash-hell). 1st phase should be after arrival to Pandaria, where player kills Shredders and Grunts using abilities of a flying machine, and destroys 2 ships. After that the phase should change and the player should do Touching Ground quest (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31733/touching-ground) to get from the ship to the ground camp (this quest doesn't seem to be available on Wowaddicts). Then the player should do 2 next quests - No Plan Survives Contact with the Enemy and Welcome Wagons (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31734/welcome-wagons) - and once they are handed in and the follow-up quest is completed (The Right Tool For The Job - https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31735/the-right-tool-for-the-job), the phase should change again and the sha creatures, that are currently spawned among the Garrosh'ar mobs, should appear and the Garrosh'ar mobs should be gone from this initial area.

The quest provides a flying machine that the player should ride and use its abilities to fulfill the objectives. The machine is provided, but it doesn't autofly along predetermined route (it can be piloted directly by the player), and its abilities don't do any damage to the quest objectives. The first ability (Full Autofire) can be used, but doesn't really do anything - it looks like it's firing, but it is just a visual effect that can't be targeted onto mobs in any way to deal damage. The second ability (Torpedo Rocket) can't even be used.
While it's possible to kill the required 60 Garrosh'ar Horde and 8 Garrosh'ar Shredders manually without the flying machine (slow, painful and annoying as it is), the other 2 objectives - destroying the 2 ships - can't be completed (I was kinda hoping there would be an object on the ships that I could click to destroy them, or that they would at least auto-complete after I killed the required number of enemies, but that didn't happen).
Also, phasing for that initial area is a mess - the sha creatures shouldn't be present in the area before player completes the first 2 or 3 quests dealing with the Garrosh'ar Horde. That said, conditional quest unlocking/chaining and zone phasing was pretty much non-existent even in other zones I've been to so far, and while annoying, it doesn't prevent progression, so…

I've only tested effects 1 and 2, which apply to Guardian spec druid that I play. Effect 1 wrongly consumes buff granted by effect 2 (2nd link) in the same talent activation instance, so whenever the talent is triggered, it automatically casts the "improved" Moonfire and grants 8 rage instead of casting basic Moonfire and granting a buff that would apply to the next Moonfire the player casts. I'm not sure what should happen if the talent triggers again before the buff from previous activation is consumed by the player, but 1 comment in 1st link suggests it should consume the old instance of the buff (the automatic Moonfire would be improved in this case) and apply a new instance of the buff which would be again available for the player to use as they see fit. This would make sense, but I couldn't confirm if this is how it was actually implemented on retail.
